Hrm. Honestly, when I'm doing just an independent, journal-based rp that doesn't have to work in with a game or a community or anything, I kind of gloss over stuff like that. Because I'm that lazy. Though if you wanted to put it at some kind of multiversal nexus, that'd work too.
